| About me: | Salve everyone, In the small corner of the Asia-Pacific region, there lies a small city called Hong Kong. Here, the people are busy working Monday till Sunday, 60 hours/week and care very little about their souls. It is a spiritual desert. Traditional catholics feel even more lonely here. There is barely a dozen of local Chinese people (including me) who happens to be traditionalists. I, by the grace of God, was baptized when I was 18 but somehow through reading, consels with clerics, much prayers and reflection, realized the deep crisis in the Church in the past 40 years. That's why I became a traditionalist, because I know the necessity of traditional Catholic Faith, rather than just having the chance of hearing traditional mass. Catholics are few here in Hong Kong, Traditional Catholic who support the FSSPX are even fewer. God has plans for each of us, and he certainly has one for me. If I do not have the priestly or religious vocation then I must choose the other state of life: Catholic Matrimony...to raise a Traditional Catholic Family and God-aweing kids. But where do I meet a traditional Catholic lady? If there is ever one to be my other half by God's Providence. I have been daily praying to God for a good trad Catholic lady to appear. I entrust this whole affair to Our Lady, who provides miraculously and to St. Joseph, patron of all Catholic husbands. My little background: Age: 28 Job: High School Mathematics Teacher I graduated from the university 5 years ago with a Masters Degree in Mathematics in a local university. I have been teaching in secondary (i.e. high schools) since 2003. I have stable income and no drinking/smoking or other bad habits such as gambling. My greatest indulgence is playing the piano and listening to Classical Music: Bach, Mozart, Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Ravel...... |
