| About me: | Hmmm... I live in Winona, MN (I go to Mass at the seminary). My identity as a Catholic matters more to me than anything else, although I've had my times of doubt and wandering, for sure. I have a very easy-going personality and get along with practically everyone. I also have a big (sometimes strange) sense of humour- I tend to see the funny things in life. =) I have a huge heart, but am quick to be annoyed- I'm working on it. Right now, I'm working as a CNA and school photographer. I really, really love my jobs. My personal interests include reading, singing, people watching... and more. But those are my favorite. My dream life is to go live like a hermit in the desert. However, this isn't viable, because there are no deserts around here and Father told me I couldn't anyways. I really wanted to enter the Carmelites a few years ago, but at this point, I'm pretty sure I don't have a vocation. I know I could be happy living a single life, but it would be nice to have someone to go through life and have a family with, and it never hurts to see if there's anyone out there. | Looking for: | What's really important to me in looking for a potential spouse is how important God is to them, the role that He plays in their life. He has to be #1! Sounds like a given, but I just don't know many people for whom that is true. It's hard to find someone devoted to God who hasn't entered the religious life. On the other hand, I'm not looking for an extremist- I believe that God wants us to live life believing in His goodness and mercy. Maturity, the ability to put yourself into other people's shoes, and a sense of humor are excellent qualities. =) |
